RAWALPINDI: PTI’s founder chairman Imran Khan removed senior lawyer Faisal Chaudhry from the party’s legal team on Tuesday. According to sources, the decision was made during a meeting of PTI lawyers with Imran Khan in Adiala Jail during which the party’s General Secretary Salman Akram Raja informed the former about Chaudhry’s statements. According to sources, the founder PTI approved Chaudhry’s removal from the legal team as well as from the PTI lawyers’ WhatsApp group. The cases assigned to him and other legal responsibilities were also withdrawn.
In another development, Bushra Bibi has instructed inclusion of Mashal Yousafzai in the next meeting.
