ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC), while summoning from superintendent Adiala jail record of those who met with Imran Khan in jail, has sought all the procedure for jail meetings.
The petitions pertaining to jail meetings with Imran came up for hearing in larger bench of IHC Thursday. Larger bench of IHC, presided over by acting chief justice, took up the petitions for hearing. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan are part of the larger bench. Superintendent Adiala jail Abdul Ghafoor Anjum appeared in the court and told they are arranging meetings of PTI founder out of schedule and beyond jail manual too. The court, while summoning complete record from jail superintendent, adjourned the hearing of the case till March 24.
