QUETTA: The Director General (DG) of the Balochistan Levies Force, Abdul Ghaffar Magsi, has issued a circular for the Levies Force personnel, in which strict action has been announced against those personnel who show negligence or cowardice during terrorist attacks.
This circular has been issued in the context of recent terrorist incidents. The DG Levies said that if any Levies personnel show negligence or cowardice during terrorist attacks or hand over their weapons to terrorists, they will be immediately dismissed from service. Applications for reemployment from such personnel will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The DG Levies has instructed all Levies personnel to respond immediately and bravely to terrorist attacks.
The Director General of the Balochistan Levies Force emphasised that if any personnel shows cowardice in front of terrorists or negligence to the duties, strict disciplinary action will be taken against them.
Director General Abdul Ghaffar Magsi stressed that the Balochistan Levies Force must take all necessary steps against terrorists and perform their duties with honesty and courage to protect the public.
He stated that this circular has been issued to further improve the performance of the force and to stabilise the security situation in Balochistan.
The Director General said that the Balochistan Levies Force will utilise all its capabilities to ensure public safety and will intensify its actions against terrorists.
This decision will improve the performance of the force and provide complete protection to the people of Balochistan.
