ISLAMABAD: The constitutional bench of the Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the hearing of intra-court appeals regarding the levy of super tax until after Eid-ul-Fitr.
Seven-member bench headed by Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan and comprising Justice Jamal Mandokhail, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Musarrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal Hasan, conducted the proceedings.
After a short while of arguments, Justice Amin-ud-Din announced the adjournment of the proceedings till April 7.
