LGH to hire 71 doctors
LAHORE
Recruitment process of new doctors for Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences, Lahore, General Hospital, has been started and applications for 71 posts of medical officers, to be hired on ad hoc basis, have been invited.
Postgraduate Medical Institute and Lahore General Hospital (PGMI/LGH) Principal Prof Khalid Mahmood said the process had been started on the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. In a press statement issued here on Sunday, Prof Khalid Mahmood said that applications for the said posts would be received till June, 30 through post. He said that newly inducted doctors would serve at Neuro Surgery, Neurology, Pathology, Radiology and Anesthesia Departments. He said that with the appointments of doctors, the standard of services at LGH would further improve.
