PESHAWAR: The Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered the posting and transfer of judicial officers.
A communiqué of the Peshawar High Court said that additional district and sessions Judge, Bannu, Usman Bashir Khan has been transferred and posted as additional district and Sessions Judge, Swabi, Malik Amjad Rahim, additional district and sessions judge, Swabi, has been transferred and posted as additional district and sessions judge, Peshawar.
Ajmal Tahir, senior civil judge/A’ala Illaqa Qazi, Chitral, was transferred and posted as senior civil judge, Battagram. Muhammad Ghayyas Khan, civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate, Tank, was transferred and posted as civil judge-cum-judicial Magistrate, Swabi.
Shahid Mehmood, civil judge-cum-judicial Magistrate, Swabi, was transferred and posted as civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate against the vacant post in Chota Lahor, Swabi. Syed Fazal Wadood, civil judge/Illaqa Qazi, Chitral, was authorised to look after the administrative work, urgent judicial (civil & criminal ) matters and to act as drawing and disbursing officer pertaining to the vacant court of senior civil judge/A’ala Illaqa Qazi, Chitral, till further order.
Similarly, district and sessions judge, Bannu, shall distribute the civil and criminal cases pertaining to the court of Usman Bashir Khan, additional district and sessions judge, Bannu, amongst other courts of competent jurisdiction keeping in view the formula of equal pendency in each court.
