One killed in Bajaur blast

KHAR: A man was killed in a remote-controlled bomb explosion in the Jorgha Aseel Targhao area in Barang tehsil of Bajaur tribal district on Monday.
Police officials said that a blast was triggered by a remote-controlled bomb in Jorgha Aseel Targhao area of Barang tehsil.As a result, a man identified as Wilayat Khan was killed on the spot in the explosion.
The police confirmed that a remote-controlled bomb planted by suspected militants exploded in Jorgha Aseel Targhao.District Police Officer Waqas Rafiq said that the police had started an investigation into the matter.
