LAHORE:Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique has ordered an investigation into the incident of death of a woman after falling off the second floor of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. A committee headed by the Vice Chancellor and MS has been formed to probe the incident. The minister said that the facts would be presented after the investigation.
