KARACHI: Wego, the leading travel app in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has announced its expansion in Pakistan, enabling users to book flights and hotels directly through its platform.
This move comes as the country’s travel market experiences significant growth, particularly in domestic and international travel.
Chief Flights Officer at Wego Dean Wicks highlighted that searches for domestic flights have surged by over 120 per cent year-on-year, with Saudi Arabia emerging as the top international destination for Pakistani travellers, showing growth of over 100 per cent, according to a statement issued on Saturday.
