Law violated in GHQ attack case, claims PTI lawyer
RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry claimed on Saturday that the law was blatantly violated in court.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, he said that the hearing of the GHQ attack case was concluded in haste.
He said that Bushra Bibi was supposed to be presented in court, but chaos erupted in the courtroom, and police officers suddenly rushed outside.
According to him, hidden forces had sabotaged the hearing, preventing her from appearing before the court.
Faisal Chaudhry asserted that Bushra Bibi was not even allowed to be included in the investigation of the cases registered against her. He said that they would take this matter to the Anti-Terrorism Court for further discussion.
Addressing the media, Faisal Chaudhry conveyed that Imran Khan has demanded the application of Article 6 against those who have stolen the nation’s mandate.
