LAHORE: A special divisional bench of the Lahore High Court’s (LHC) Rawalpindi Bench reserved judgment on the appeal against death sentence in a blasphemy case.
The appellant was arrested under the blasphemy law on April 6, 2019, from Attock.
After a trial that concluded in 2021, he was handed the death penalty by the trial court.
The court, after hearing arguments from both sides, decided to reserve judgment.
