KARACHI: The Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP) has announced its newly elected office bearers and council members.
Muhammad Azfar Ahsan, founder and chairperson of the Nutshell Group, has been re-elected as president, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the role. Joining him are CEO of Dawlance (Pvt) Limited Umar Ahsan Khan as vice president; Vice President and General Manager of GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Erum Shakir Rahim as honorary secretary; and Executive Director of English Biscuit Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd Khawaja Shahzain Munir as honorary treasurer.
The newly elected council comprises accomplished professionals from various industries, further solidifying MAP’s position as a leading platform for marketing leadership. The council members include President of TCS (Private) Ltd Saira Awan Malik; Chairman of Martin Dow Limited Ali Akhai; Managing Director of Mondelez Pakistan Limited Sami Wahid; President of the Institute of Business Management Talib Syed Karim; Managing Director of Mindshare Pakistan Amna Khatib Paracha; Director of Pace (Pvt) Limited Syed Imran Ahmad; Director of Dalda Foods Jahangir A. Rasheed; COO of McDonald’s Pakistan Jamil Ahmed Mughal; Chief Distribution and MarComms Officer of K-Electric Ltd Sadia Dada; Deputy CEO of Bank Islami Pakistan Limited Imran Haleem Shaikh; and Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Raeda Latif.
