2 killed, 9 injured in road mishap

MANSEHRA: Two persons, including a girl, were killed and nine others sustained injuries when a passenger jeep plunged into a ravine in the Pangian Didal Bakki area of Konsh valley on Thursday.
The jeep, carrying passengers, was heading towards Shinkiari from Bakki when the driver Munawar Yunus lost control over steering while negotiating a sharp turn in the Pangian Didal Bakki area and the vehicle plunged into the ravine.
The police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to the Civil Hospital in Shinkiari. The doctors pronounced Smunder Guland Areeba Bibi, 8, dead and the rest were referred to Ayub Medical Complex Hospital Abbottabad where the condition of all of them was stated to be out of danger.
