Artists are valuable to a society for multiple reasons. They enrich our culture with creativity, culture and perspective. They offer new ways of seeing and interpreting the world around us as they are capable of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Artists can also contribute to the economy in significant ways.
But, unfortunately, in our society and culture, artists do not get the value that they deserve. There are only a few art galleries in the big cities. I suggest that the government should build more art galleries in every big and small city of our country. In this way, artists can get more opportunities to showcase their work.
