Boy commits suicide

FAISALABAD: A boy committed suicide at Ahmad Ali Town. Muhammad Bilal ended his life by swallowing poisonous pills. The motive behind the incident could not be ascertained so far.
THREE KILLED: Three people were killed in different incidents here. In the first incident, Muhammad Yousaf, a resident of Munirabad, fell from the roof of his under-construction house. As a result, he died on the spot. In the second incident, labourer Bilal Ahmad was working in a house at Mohallah Partabnagar when his stair slipped. As a result, he died on the spot.
In the third incident, Rani Bibi of Chak 429/GB was killed while her relative Ghulam Razzaq was injured when a car hit their motorcycle. The injured man was shifted to a Tandlianwala hospital. Police have arrested car driver Ali Raza for negligent driving.
HOSPITAL GUARD HELD: Civil Lines police arrested a security guard of the Allied Hospital on the charges of teasing patients in a female ward.
The security guard, Hammad Ahmad, under the influence was allegedly teasing the patients when their relatives tortured him. Later, the accused was handed over to police.
Reports indicate that they tried to breach one of gates, harassed staff, and even scaled walls of premises
