LAHORE: The Pakistan Civil Services Academy (CSA) and the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS), in a significant step towards improving governance and institutional development, have formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The agreement was signed on January 28, at the PIPS Campus in Islamabad by Farhan Aziz Khawaja, Director-General of CSA, and Asim Khan Goraya, Executive Director of PIPS.
This joint initiative aims to foster collaboration between the two leading institutions in the fields of civil service and parliamentary training. Under the MoU, CSA and PIPS will jointly develop and implement training programs, capacity-building workshops, and research initiatives. These activities will be tailored to enhance the skills and competencies of civil servants, parliamentary staff, and government officials, in line with contemporary governance needs.
