Islamabad:A workshop on ‘Positive Psychology and Character Strengths’ was held at IMCG (PG-Margalla), F-7/4 here on Monday. Dr. Fizza Sabir, Adjunct Fellow at the University of Adelaide's School of Education, Australia, and an expert in teaching, research, and supervision, delivered the session.
The workshop commenced with recitation of holy verses from the Quran, followed by a Naat and the National Anthem. Dr. Sabir then led an engaging discussion on positive psychology principles and character strengths, highlighting their role in enhancing well-being and quality of life. Interactive activities encouraged participants to explore their character strengths that led them to self-awareness. The workshop followed a question-and-answer session.
