ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions court Judge Muhammad Azam Khan has adjourned the hearing on the prosecution case filed by PTI for alleged violence against workers during the November 26 protest.
On Tuesday, during the hearing on the criminal complaint seeking legal action against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and others, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar appeared before the court as a complainant.
Lawyer Khurram Khosa said that the complaint has been filed by PTI and Barrister Gohar’s name is appearing in the list. It is requested that the court should correct it.
Khurram Khosa said that two injured persons also died and they want to include their names in the list. He said, “We have also submitted the post-mortem report and all other documents. Please set a date after January 25 for the next hearing.” The court adjourned the hearing till January 29.
