Nomadic encampments removed

LAHORE : Under the directives of DC Lahore Syed Musa Raza, city-wide operations to remove nomadic encroachments are in full swing. Significant progress has been reported, with 784 encampments evacuated in Allama Iqbal Town, 40 in Wagah, 378 in Shalimar, 168 in Cantt, and ongoing operations in other tehsils.
DC Musa Raza emphasised the efforts to preserve Lahore’s beauty and maintain urban order, with Assistant Commissioners actively involved in the field.
These measures aimed to enhance public welfare and create a clean and organised City environment.
