LAHORE:The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) here on Wednesday. The MoU was signed to promote tourism, heritage and research. It was agreed that WCLA and LCWU would collaborate on promoting the heritage.
