LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 player draft will take place at the historic Huzoori Bagh, Lahore Fort, on January 13 at 12:30 PM (PST).

Initially scheduled to be held in Gwadar, Balochistan, the draft had to be relocated due to “unforeseen logistical challenges.” The PCB, however, reaffirmed Gwadar’s importance by designating it as one of the key stops for the PSL 2025 Trophy Tour.

The PCB has also confirmed the pick order for the draft according to which Lahore Qalandars will have the first turn, aiming to secure top talent as they chase a third title. Karachi Kings will make the second pick, followed by Quetta Gladiators (3rd), Peshawar Zalmi (4th), Multan Sultans (5th), Islamabad United, the reigning champions, will have the sixth pick.

Ahead of the draft, all six teams have announced their retentions, setting the stage for an intense battle to secure marquee players in the platinum category. Marking the 10th anniversary of PSL, the PCB has chosen Huzoori Bagh — a site steeped in history and culture — to celebrate the league’s journey. The event will blend Pakistan’s vibrant cricketing passion with its rich heritage, offering a grand spectacle for fans worldwide.
