Toshakhana-II case: Third witness cross-examined
Federal Investigation Agency submits list of four additional witnesses
RAWALPINDI: Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand has cross-examined the third witness in the Toshakhana-II case against former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
During Monday’s proceedings, the defence lawyers concluded their cross-examination of the third witness, Section Officer Binyamin of the Cabinet Division. The court also recorded the statement of the fourth witness, Deputy Secretary Coordination Muhammad Ahad, whose cross-examination is scheduled for the next hearing on January 8.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted a list of four additional witnesses, and the hearing was adjourned until January 8. Imran Khan was present during the hearing, while Bushra Bibi was brought to Adiala Jail. Defence lawyers Arshad Tabrez, Qousin Faisal Mufti, and FIA prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi attended the session.
