LAHORE: Dolphin Squad Monday arrested two members of a robbery gang during a patrol in the Shad Bagh area. According to a spokesperson for the squad, Dolphin personnel signalled two suspicious motorcyclists to stop, but the suspects fled towards Tookay Wala Chowk. The officials chased and arrested the suspects identified as Saif and Ali and recovered a pistol, a stolen motorcycle, and other items from them.
The accused were wanted by police in more than 22 heinous cases and were given in the custody of Shad Bagh police.Investigation police Yakki Gate Monday arrested two members of an inter-district gang involved in robberies and thefts and recovered stolen goods from them.
Suspects Javed and his accomplice Shahbaz were detained during a targeted operation and police recovered cash, mobile phones, valuables, and illegal weapons from their possession. Meanwhile, the Organised Crime Unit (OCU) of Lahore Monday arrested a three-member gang involved in multiple robberies and motorcycle snatching incidents.
The OCU Chuhng detained ringleader Mazhar and his accomplices Yaseen and Afzal during a targeted operation. The police recovered cash, mobile phones, motorcycles, and illegal weapons from the accused. The police registered cases against the accused.
