Clear the waste
The improper disposal of waste near The Comsats University’s Vehari campus has resulted in the formation of unsightly and hazardous waste dumps right in front of the campus. Despite numerous appeals to the authorities through various platforms, there has been no significant action taken to address this issue. The waste not only poses a serious health risk to the students and staff of the university but also to the residents of the surrounding areas. It is imperative that the government takes immediate action to implement a proper waste management system.
This should include regular collection and disposal of waste, as well as measures to prevent the formation of such waste dumps in the future. The health and safety of the university community and the residents of Vehari should be a top priority. I urge the higher authorities to take this matter seriously and to act swiftly to resolve this issue. The community has been patient, but the time for action is now. We cannot afford to ignore this problem any longer.
