Police arrest three suspects in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Police arrested three suspects after an exchange of fire near Cantonment graveyard here on Monday.Spokesman for police informed that five suspects, riding two motorbikes, escaped a check spot near the graveyard, but police chased and cornered them on the graveyard road after which the suspects opened fire on the police.According to him, two suspects managed to escape in another case but they were arrested the other three, who were riding on a single motorbike. The spokesman identified the suspects as Maroof Langha, Mumtaz Mangi and Aftab Shah from whom three unlicensed pistols were also recovered. During initial investigation, the police found them involved in several street crimes and robberies, he added.
