LAHORE: A hardened criminal was killed in an encounter with police in Rahim Yar Khan’s Kacha Machka area on Thursday.
The deceased criminal, identified as Mir Hassan alias Bega Chandia, was affiliated with Indhar Gang and was involved in the murder of Sub-Inspector Ramzan and 12 other police personnel.
Chandia was also involved in heinous crimes, including firing on police, kidnapping for ransom, murder, and robbery.
