Islamabad:The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is preparing to conduct another auction of commercial and other plots in order to meet expenses of development projects in Islamabad.
The upcoming auction will include a variety of plots, such as commercial, agro farms, class-III shopping centres, industrial plots, I&T centres, hotel plots, and apartment complexes, providing diverse and lucrative opportunities for investment in the city.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa on Thursday chaired a meeting to finalise plans for the auction of various categories of commercial plots in Islamabad. Randhawa emphasised the importance of offering lucrative and investor-friendly opportunities in Islamabad to attract potential investors and directed for the selection of prime, business-suitable locations for the auction to maximise investment potential in Islamabad.
To ensure smooth execution and maximum facilitation to the investors, it was decided to form a committee under the supervision of Member Finance. The committee will include senior officers from the Estate, Environment, Enforcement, and Law departments, among others. The CDA chairman directed that the committee to promptly address any issues related to the plots being offered in the auction and submit actionable proposals.
