LAHORE: Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam paid rich tribute to Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary today (December 25).

In his message, Reza Amiri Moghadam said, “I extend my sincere greetings to the government and honourable people of Pakistan on the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Founding Father of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”

He further said, “Pakistan, which plays an effective and significant role in the Islamic world today, owes to the pioneering role of the great philosopher, Allama Iqbal, as a theorist, and the political efforts of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. These two inspiring figures are symbols of independence, unity and faith of the great nation of Pakistan.”
