LAHORE: Pakistan’s top tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi has decided to change his doubles partner for the upcoming Davis Cup. Instead of his long-time partner Aqeel Khan, Aisam will now pair up with a younger player Mazhar.
Speaking to the media in Lahore, Aisam expressed his desire to nurture young talent. “I want to take young players forward. It becomes difficult for two 45-year-old players to win matches, so now we are bringing young players to the forefront,” he said.
