Gujranwala to host inter-club hockey championship

LAHORE: The District Hockey Association Gujranwala is set to organise an inter-club championship from January 1 to 5, 2025, at the DHA Hockey Ground, Gujranwala.
Key officials for the event include Munawar Hussain Ansari Advocate as Tournament Director, Tariq Wasir as Assistant Tournament Director, and Mubarak Ali, a former international hockey umpire, as Umpires Manager. This championship aims to provide a platform for young hockey players to showcase their talent and contribute to the growth of hockey in Gujranwala, said Muhammad Saeed, Organising Secretary, District Inter-Club Hockey Championship, Gujranwala.
