PESHAWAR: Certificates were distributed to judicial officers for their outstanding performance here on Monday. The certificates were distributed at a ceremony in the Peshawar High Court (PHC), which was attended by Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim, Justice Ijaz Anwar, the senior puisne judge, judge(s) of the administration committee, Ikhtiar Khan, Registrar Mamrez Khan Khalil, Addl Registrar (admn) and all principal officers of the PHC.

Those given awards included district & sessions Judge, Addl. District and sessions judge, senior civil judges and civil judges) of the district judiciary. An official communique said that a total 81 judicial officers were selected on the basis of their performance.
The Chief Justice chief justice distributed the certificates among the judicial officers.Speaking on the occasion, the PHC CJ appreciated the performance of the district judiciary in particular and the high performing judicial officers in general.
He emphasised that the PHC would extend all-out support to the judicial officer and will always look after the well-being of the judicial officers.always look after the well-being of the judicial officers.
