Man shot dead in Lakki

LAKKI MARWAT: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a villager in Painda Michenkhel area of Lakki Marwat district, police officials said on Monday.

They said that the attackers escaped the place after killing Naeem Shah with a firearm. They said that the murder occurred in the limits of Dadiwala Police Station of Kurrum Par area. Laiq Shah, brother of the deceased, told police that when he reached the crime scene he found the body of Naeem lying in a pool of blood.

He said that his family and slain brother had no enmity with anyone. Police said that the body was shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Serai Naurang for post mortem examination and a case had been registered against unknown killer(s) under relevant sections of law.
