SNGPL to launch drive against compressor users

LAHORE:Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) will launch a disconnection campaign against the compressor users shortly. The consumers have been asked to refrain from using the gas compressors which deprived others from consuming their rightful share, an SNGPL spokesperson said.

He said SNGPL will continue to supply gas to the consumers during the winter season with special focus on peak demand hours. He said all efforts are being undertaken in the matter. The gas is being supplied with adequate pressure and currently there is no issue of low pressure except some tail-end areas. He added that in case of gas pressure complaints, the consumers can call at 1199 for immediate rectification of the issue.
