PESHAWAR: The hearing in petitions filed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shibli Faraz seeking details of cases registered against them fixed at the Peshawar High Court for today.
The PHC registrar has issued an official cause list for the cases. According to the list, the hearings will be conducted by a division bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Wiqar Ahmad.Both Gandapur and Shibli had filed separate petitions in the PHC seeking details about cases registered against them by federal authorities.
