Office-bearers elected

LAHORE : The annual elections of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Teaching Staff Association (TSA) concluded with all office-bearers being elected unopposed. Election Commissioner Prof Dr Zulfiqar Ali issued the official notification.

According to the notification, Prof Dr M Shoaib will serve as President, and Dr Tanveer Qasim as General Secretary. Other elected members include Dr Faheem Gohar Awan and Ahmed Naveed as Vice Presidents, Dr M Usman Khan as Joint Secretary, Huda Riaz as Social Secretary, Dr Rizwana Hameed as Treasurer and Dr Ejaz Ahmed, Dr Irfan Jalees, Dr Rashid Jaleel, Dr Qasim Ali Ranjha, Dr Awais Rashid, Dr Shamaila Samreen, and Adnan Bashir are executive members.
