This letter refers to the article ‘Bitcoin IV’ (December 8, 2024) by Dr Farrukh Saleem. The writer is quite right to point out that all the ascending economies are taking advantage of bitcoin and other digital currencies, which rely on fast internet services.
This prerequisite is something the country is currently lacking. We have to change this, and many other policies, if we are to benefit from the cryptocurrency boom.
