Govt appoints Hassan Khan as Senior Associate Digital Transformation and e-Governance in PM Office
ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Maj Gen Jawad Riaz as Director General of Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG). Maj Gen Riaz has been appointed in place of Brigadier Ghulam Abbas.
Hassan Khan has been appointed as Senior Associate Digital Transformation and e-Governance in the Prime Minister’s Office on a 3-year contract in Management Pay Scale II.
Ms Aisha Tauqeer, Research Associate in the Prime Minister’s Office, has resigned. Her resignation has been accepted. The services of Muhammad Hassan Shafqat, Deputy Secretary posted under Section 10, have been returned to the Ministry of Commerce. He is a Grade-18 officer of Commerce and Trade Group.
Hussain Mahmood, Assistant Executive Engineer PARC, has been posted to the National Highway Authority on deputation for three years. Meanwhile, the prime minister has approved the appointment of Professor Dr Ikram Ali, Director Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, as Chairman of Federal Board of Education, Islamabad. He has been appointed on deputation for three years.
