LAHORE:An international awareness seminar on ‘Trauma Audit’ to promote the significance of the emergency medicine department was held at Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU) on Wednesday.
FJMU Vice Chancellor Prof Khalid Masood Gondal, consultants of Emergency Medicine Dr Niall O'Connor and Dr Ahmad Jamal from Ireland were guests of honour. Addressing the seminar, Prof Khalid Masood Gondal emphasised the significance of emergency medicine in his welcome address. He highlighted that emergency medicine is a sub-specialty of medicine that focuses on treating patients in emergencies.
