KARACHI: Gold prices rose by Rs3,100 per tola on Wednesday in the local market following an increase in the international market.Per the All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, gold rates reached Rs280,500 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs2,658 to Rs240,484.Gold rates increased by $31 to $2,693 per ounce in the international market. Silver rates rose by Rs50 to Rs3,450 per tola. Similarly, 10-gram silver rates also increased by Rs42.86 to Rs2,957.81.Prices in the local market are adjusted by a premium of $20 against rates in the international market.
