UNHCR donates CT scan machine to IKD

PESHAWAR: UNHCR Representative in Pakistan Philippa Chandler on Monday visited the Institute of Kidney Disease (IKD) Hospital in Hayatabad and inaugurated the CT scan machine donated by the UN body.
She was accompanied by key members of the UNHCR team, including David Malba, Senior Protection Officer, OIC; Chandu Bhandari, Program Officer; and Dr Amanullah, Assistant Public Health Officer.Philippa Chandler also planted a tree on the hospital premises, symbolising UNHCR’s commitment to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
