Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called for the establishment of an anti-riots force to deal with rioters. In my opinion, riots are avoidable if the underlying dispute is resolved democratically through negotiations between the government and the aggrieved party.
Raising a separate force all over Pakistan would entail considerable administrative expenditure. I think the regular police is sufficient to deal with the problem and can be trained to cope with riots.
