ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy Ship Moawin visited Mombasa, Kenya, where it established a free medical camp.

Upon arrival at the port of Mombasa, PNS Moawin was warmly welcomed by local authorities. At the camp, Pakistan Navy surgeons and medical specialists provided free medical consultations, treatments and medicines to patients. It was widely appreciated by the local populace, who benefited from the high-quality medical care provided.

The Commanding Officer of PNS Moawin who met Commander Kenya Navy, Major General Paul Owuor Otieno, and other local government officials, discussed matters of mutual interest and explored avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation.

He conveyed the good wishes of the Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, to the people of Kenya and expressed gratitude for the support extended by the host navy and the local community.

The visit and the establishment of the medical camp would serve as a testament to the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to fostering goodwill and providing essential medical services to communities in need.
