LAHORE:Justice Shahid Karim of Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday disposed of plea against Lahore Master Plan 2050.

The judge remarked as Lahore Master Plan 2050 has been declared null and void, there is no point in keeping this petition pending. The court ruled, “If there is an objection to the new master plan, a petition can be filed again”. The petitioner took the stand the government of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi had announced the master plan contrary to the facts, and should be declared null and void.
