LAHORE:Lahore police provided services to more than 1,044,000 citizens through 20 police service centers this year, according to a spokesperson.
In 2024, over 104,000 citizens obtained police character certificates, while more than 175,000 underwent police verification. Additionally, 630 citizens filed crime reports, and over 15,000 reported the loss of important documents.
The spokesperson revealed that more than 11,000 citizens obtained copies of FIRs. Driving-related services were also in high demand, with over 399,000 learning licences and 214,000 driving licences issued. Furthermore, 97,000 licences were renewed, over 4,000 duplicate licences were issued, and 18,000 international driving licences were provided.
