Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information, Mubasher Tauqeer Shah has been transferred as Executive Director General, Information Service Academy; Kashif Zaman was appointed Press Registrar, Ministry of Information, and Press Registrar, Ministry of Information Kanwal Iftikhar has been posted as Director General, Press Information Department, Islamabad. The transfer of Zainul Abidin Ansari, a grade 19 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, posted in the government of Sindh, has been cancelled. Notifications of retirement of officers belonging to the Secretariat Group have been issued. They include: Senior Member, Federal Land Commission Tuha Hussain Bugti, July 31, 2025; Senior Joint Secretary Ministry of Housing Ashfaq Ghaman August 31, 2025; Grade 21 OSD Iftikharul Hasan Gilani, September 30, 2025; DG, Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools Sikandar Masood October 24, 2025; Joint Secretary Aviation Division Iqbal Asif October 12, 2025, Joint Secretary Ministry of Defence Arshad Mahmood August 28, 2025; Joint Secretary Finance Division Mumtaz Hussain Shah August 7, 2025; Director General, Federal Public Service Commission, Asif Ali Alvi July 14, 2025; Joint Secretary Ministry of Climate Change Muhammad Jameel October 3, 2025; Joint Secretary Ministry of National Health, Muhammad Iqbal, will retire on December 4, 2025.
