PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) would hear the petition filed by Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former prime minister Imran Khan, seeking details of the cases registered against her today.
According to the cause list, the petition for obtaining details of the cases would be heard by a two-member bench comprising Justice SM Attique Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah.During the previous hearing, the PHC had asked the federal government to provide a report on the cases registered against the petitioner. It may be mentioned that Bushra Bibi had sought details of the cases registered against her from the federal government and other relevant authorities.
