Wapda, Sindh bag National Netball titles

KARACHI: Wapda won the National Inter Department Men’s Netball Championship, while Sindh claimed the National Inter Provincial Men’s Netball Championship title on Saturday at the PSB Coaching Center, Karachi.

The final match was played between Wapda and Navy teams. Wapda overpowered Navy by 23-18 goals.

Muhammad Zain of Wapda performed outstandingly and was declared the Best Player of the championship.

Both the National and Provincial Men’s Netball Championships were organized by the Pakistan Netball Federation in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Board and Sindh Netball Association.

Mr. Saeed Ahmed Arain, DSP Security & Operations Karachi, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony and distributed medals, trophies, and certificates among the players and teams.

On this occasion, Mr. Mudassar Arain, Chairman PNF, Muhammad Riaz, Secretary PNF, and other dignitaries were also present.
