FAISALABAD: A woman was murdered by her husband and brother-in-law at Chak 77/GB. Police reports state that Abida Bibi, a mother of five, was killed by her husband, Yousaf and her brother-in-law Hassan Raza for honour.
ROBBER KILLED: A robber was allegedly killed by his accomplice’s firing during a robbery incident near Chak 67/JB. Thikriwala police said that Constable Ashfaq, returning home from duty, was robbed of cash. During the escape, the robbers attempted to stop two motorcyclists, and one of them fired at the riders. However, the bullet accidentally hit his partner, killing him on the spot. The killed dacoit has not yet been identified.
