LAHORE: The Rajanpur police have rescued three persons from the clutches of the notorious Lund gang in the Bangla Acha area.
According to police, they intercepted the robbers when they were transporting the hostages. A fierce exchange of fire ensued, but the culprits managed to escape under the cover of darkness. Despite this, the police safely recovered the hostages, preventing further harm.
IG Punjab praised the Rajanpur police for their swift action and their bravery.
