Postings and transfers in federal bureaucracy

ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy. Federal Secretary Power Division Muhammad Fakhr-e-Alam Irfan has been given the additional charge of Secretary National Security for 3 months.

The services of Usman Ali, a Grade 19 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, awaiting appointment, have been entrusted to the Civil Services Academy, Lahore, on deputation.

Waqar Ali Khan, a Grade 18 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service posted in the Punjab government, has been appointed as Community Welfare Attaché at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Italy, for three years.

Dr Jalal Faiz has been posted as Director General Benazir Income Support Programme, Balochistan Region. He was appointed as an Associate Professor at the Lasbela University.

Dr. Muhammad Waris has been appointed as an Associate Professor at the Federal Directorate of Education. He was posted as an Associate Professor in the Department of Higher Education, Punjab. The Establishment Division has issued official notifications of these postings and transfers.
